Tea tonight.  

This is the version of chilli con carne which I use.  You can either use real mince or soya, both taste good.  It was given to me by a friend therefore here is Helen's Chilli

Soya / beef mince
1 large chopped onion Small tin of baked bean but was off all the sauce you can use kidney beans
small jar of sun dried tomatoes paste
and a tin chopped tomatoes
chilli powder to taste
salt and pepper
water

Add olive oil to pan and fry mice and chopped onions.
when cooked, add all other items leave to simmer, add a little water as required.
after 30 mins turn of the heat a leave until the next day, and then just reheat adding a little water if required.

Serve with rice and avocado salsa.
