'She's our four-legged baby!' Childless couple recreate classic newborn photos with their Jack Russell

A loved-up married couple has created a set of professionally shot photographs in which their Jack Russell, Snuggles, takes the place of a newborn baby.
Jan and Chase Renegar, from Huntsville, Alabama, lovingly cradle their four-legged bundle in a series of amusing poses which mimic the classic 'proud-parents' shots that are so popular with new moms and dads.
'The session was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, a visual take on how we humanize our pets,' explains photographer Jamie Clauss, also of Alabama, who had herself the rare chance to merge her two areas of photography expertise; babies and pets.

Snuggles appears entirely unperturbed by her unusual situation; being wrapped in a swaddling blanket and having a floral headband clamped to her little canine head - in fact, she seems to be relishing all the attention.

'As the shoot progressed, Snuggles was really enjoying it and actually kept falling asleep,' says Ms Clauss. 'She loved being all wrapped up and cuddled.
'So, we decided to do some cliche newborn poses, but with a furry spin. Of course, no dogs were harmed in this shoot, but she did get a cozy nap.'
What's so funny? Snuggles evidently doesn't get the joke

In some photos, Snuggles is solo; snoozing happily in some and gazing quizzically into the camera in others.
Mr and Mrs Renegar each feature in several one-on-one portraits with their beloved pooch, as well as posing all together cozied up in bed.
Both dog-parents are photographers themselves, specializing in weddings. They have been married for eight years and describe Snuggles as their 'little furry-four-legged baby.'
Indeed, more and more couples are putting off parenthood, instead getting their maternal kicks through a canine.
Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reveal that the number of babies born to women ages 15 to 29 has dropped dramatically, meanwhile the number of pooches owned by young U.S. women has steadily increased, according to the business-news site Quartz.

    1. My name is Kimberly Nicholas from Sydney,I never believed in love spells or magic until i met this spell caster once when i went to Africa in February this year on a business summit. I meant a man who’s name is (Great Matatan powerful Spell ), he is really powerful and could help cast spells to bring back one’s gone, lost, misbehaving lover and magic money spell or spell for a good job or luck spell .I’m now happy & a living testimony cos the man i had wanted to marry left me 3 weeks before our wedding and my life was upside down cos our relationship has been on for 4 years. I really loved him, but his mother was against us and he had no good paying job. So when i met this spell caster, i told him what happened and explained the situation of things to him. At first i was undecided, skeptical and doubtful, but i just gave it a try. And in 7 days when i returned to Sydney, my boyfriend (now husband) called me by himself and came to me apologizing that everything had been settled with his mom and family and he got a new job interview so we should get married. I didn’t believe it cos the spell caster only asked for my name and my boyfriends name and all i wanted him to do. Well we are happily married now and we are expecting our little kid, and my husband also got the new job and our lives became much better. His email is:(  matatanspell@yahoo.com .  )
